Happy Sunday, all! It's such a joy to be attending church again! (My usual church remains closed, but I've visited a few other local churches that have been brave enough to open their doors.) How wonderful to hear a live sermon, sing hymns, and just see people! Oh, and dressing up is pretty fun too. ;)
With this, I shall gladly be resuming my Sunday Best series. For this 4th of July weekend, I went with a red, white, and blue theme. Red nails, white button-down and a subtle blue floral on the skirt. I actually wore this very outfit last summer, styled with a belt and my hair down. It's a practical summery look, as the loose-fitting cotton pieces can "breathe" and make the 80-90 temps at least semi-bearable. This Sunday, I tied the shirt at the waist and wore my hair in a low, flip-through ponytail. We don't have to make radical changes in order to re-wear an outfit. And shucks, if Kate Middleton can repeat outfits, so can we!
Hope you all had a most marvelous Independence Day! Happy Birthday, America!
Thank you for stopping by,
Eva
P.S. As a bonus, here's a very patriotic Pruitt. :)
