Happy Sunday, all! While the weather has been kinda cruddy this weekend, I can be content in knowing that my freshly-planted gladiolus bulbs are getting plenty of rainwater. ("Glads" to be featured in the next blog post. Stay tuned!)
A nice dress can really improve a rainy day. This blue lace number was from Dressbarn, about one or two years ago. It reminded me so much of Pippa Middleton's wedding dress with the cap sleeves and mockneck, but ya know, blue. :) Shop a similar style at Kohl's.

You know what improves a rainy day even more? Cake! To celebrate tonight's finale of Les Mis, I made a lovely Lemon Lavender layer cake. (There's your alliteration fix for the day. Hehe.)
